• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Certain items such as intimate wear, beauty products, and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
